Dulling • High humidity

• Avoid air drafts
• Heat to less than 115°F
Crystallization • Overheating • Heat to less than 115°F
• Readjust timing in
microwave
• Gently heat to desired
temperature of 95°F-115°F
Weeping • High heat/humidity
• Boxed/wrapped warm
• Improper coverage (heavy or
light)
• Store in cool area
• Cool to room temperature
before packing
• ½ oz to ¾ oz per donut
Heavy/Light coverage • Temperature of icing • Be sure to use at
recommended temperatures
• Be sure of proper
temperature in conditioner
